How Can I Receive a Refund for a Workshop?
Process:
If you need to request a refund you can do so from your account.
- Log into your account
- Click on the Drop Down Menu and Select "Orders & Payments"
Click on the blue "Request Refund" icon
Select the Checkbox next to the Workshop title you'd like to request a refund for
Scroll down to the Reason for Refund dropbox and select the appropriate response & add additional details if necessary
A notification will appear at the top of your page confirming your request has been submitted
- Your refund request will be reviewed by the Facilitator and the admin. If approved funds will appear into your account within 3-5 business days.
