How Do I Change the Date and Time of My Workshop?

You can change the date and time of your workshops via the Sessions tab within the Workshop Studio.

1. Log in as a facilitator
2. Go to My Workshops
3. Select Facilitate on the right hand side
4. Select Sessions
5. Edit the necessary fields
6. Select Save

After you have made changes, you should contact all of your learners who have purchased a seat via a direct message and by posting in your feed. 

To post a message in your feed (which automatically sends your learners a notification):

1. Log in as a Facilitator
2. Click on My Workshops at the top of the page
3. Select a Workshop 
4. Select Feed on the far left 
5. Click into the text box next to your profile picture
6. Add your message
7. Click Post

To contact your Learners via a direct message:

1. Log in as a Facilitator
2. Click on My Workshops at the top of the page
3. Select a Workshop 
4. Click on the Members tab
5. Click on the Envelope to send a message
