Where Can I Find Klatch’s Refund Policy?

Klatch’s refund policy can be found in section 8 of the Facilitator Agreement tab within the Payment Center. 

Facilitators are responsible for reviewing all incoming refund requests from learners for Klatch’s approval and processing.
