Can I Exchange Contact Information With Learners?

We value the community built at Klatch, therefore we do not give out contact information for learners or facilitators due to privacy reasons. We want everyone to feel safe, and secure and have a sense of community. However, we encourage you to message your learners directly or post in the feed of your workshops.

To post a message in your feed (which automatically sends your learners a notification)

• 1. Log in as a Facilitator
• 2. Click on My Workshops in the top right drop-down
• 3. Select a Workshop 
• 4. Select Feed on the far left 
• 5. Click into the text box next to your profile picture
• 6. Add your message
• 7. Click Post

To contact your Learners via a direct message:

1. Log in as a Facilitator
2. Click on My Workshops in the top right drop-down
3. Select a Workshop 
4. Click on the Members tab
5. Click on the Envelope to send a message
