What Do the Tabs on My Orders Page Mean?

The eight tabs on your Orders page mean:

  • All - This tab reflects the total number of all status combined
  • Completed - This tab reflects the number of  learners that have purchased a seat and payment has been processed and approved.
  • Processing - This tab reflects the number  learners who are in the purchase of processing a seat but hasn’t gone through
  • On-Hold / Pending - These tabs reflect the number of learners who hit the “Place Order” button, however their payment was not able to go through for various reasons
    • E.g. credit card information was incorrect, billing information was incorrect
  • Canceled - This tab reflects the number of learners who started to purchase a seat and removed it from their cart prior to the purchase process
  • Refunded - This tab reflects the number of learners that successfully purchased a seat and have requested a refund
  • Failed - This tab reflects the number of learners whose payments were not successful
