Need to Know: Can I Download a List of My Learners’ Contact Info?

We value the community built at Klatch, therefore we do not give out contact information for learners or facilitators due to privacy reasons. We want everyone to feel safe, and secure and have a sense of community. However, we encourage you to message your learners directly or post in the feed your workshops.

To post a message in your feed (which automatically sends your learners a notification)

• 1. Log in as a Facilitator
• 2. Click on My Workshops at the top of the page 
• 3. Select a Workshop 
• 4. Select Feed on the far left 
• 5. Click into the text box next to your profile picture
• 6. Add your message
• 7. Click Post

To contact your Learners via a direct message:

1. Log in as a Facilitator
2. Click on My Workshops at the top of the page 
3. Select a Workshop 
4. Click on the Members tab
5. Click on the Envelope to send a message
